1. The customer tells us the dimensions of the print they desire for example 10x28 inches. And the material they want such as metal, premium luster, canvas, etc.

2. Based on the provided information, we determine:

   1. If the size is achievable

   2. If we do not have the exact size, we provide the next available size and price.

   3. Due to customization, some cropping may be necessary to complete the job accurately.

   4. We send the customer a thumbnail of the final print for approval.
